Job Mission: Reporting to Collection Manager, the role holder will be responsible for Field Collection for inhouse overdue accounts. This will involve negotiating repayment from customers with the objective of rehabilitating customer accounts before they deteriorate into further delinquency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver demand letters to overdue customer through field visits to employes/home visits
- Negotiate payment arrangement on the accounts to maximise recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Actively perform skip tracing activities through various sources/tools in order to locate defaulted borrowers.
- Monitor payment arrangements to ensure adherence to payment arrangements to avoid legal action taken against the client
- Avail daily, weekly and monthly reports to management for reporting purposes
- Timely resolution of customer queries
- Perform additional collections activities as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements
- Diploma
- 2-3 years Customer service experience
- Communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Assertive but tactful approach
- Ability to function independently
