Service Admin and Sales

BH Botswana is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join their dynamic and progressive team in the position of Service Admin & Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration and management of the workshop service
• Quoting & sales of services
• Update and activate Livelink Customer profiles
• Direct Customer communication regarding upcoming equipment maintenance services
• Provide customer training on the use of Livelink
• Deal with customer Livelink issues/queries/troubleshooting
• Actively plan field service technician jobs with view to optimise labour utilisation and efficiencies.
• Update equipment service information /service history daily

Requirements

• BGCSE
• Good IT skills- Microsoft products (training will be provided for internal software)
• 2-5 years of workshop experience (preferably diesel / earthmoving Industry)
• Ability to liaise with customers with urgency and professionalism
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
