Job Description

To plan, lead and manage the Sales and Marketing function nationally, regionally and internationally to maximise generation of revenue and service targets, building solid foundations enabling the Airline to achieve its business goals. The S&MM maintains pro-active sales and marketing of airline products and services to contribute to company growth, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction. The role is directly responsible for development, planning and implementation of the sales and Marketing communications strategy.

Job Requirements

A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent Minimum Experience Required •A minimum of eight (8) years post graduate experience of which four (4) years should have been in a role in middle to senior management level. •Airline/Aviation experience will be an added advantage
