The Anti-tobacco Network (ATN) is an organization dedicated to monitoring the tobacco industry within Botswana. Operating specifically in the country, ATN works to safeguard public health by tracking the activities and influence of tobacco companies. The network actively advocates for the robust implementation of key provisions from the World Health Organization’s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), notably Articles 13 and 5.3. ATN serves as a critical watch group, ensuring adherence to tobacco control measures and promoting a healthier environment for all citizens in Botswana.
