IAMS.CA is officially inviting applications for its 2026 Trainee Program. We are seeking four (4) ambitious, high-performing citizens eager to establish a professional career in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.

Candidate Profiles

We are looking for energetic individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset and meet one of the following criteria:

• Academic Excellence: Graduates with a recognized B.Com or B.Acc degree (minimum GPA of 3.5 / Grade 2.0 and above) who are currently registered with BICA or ACCA.
• Professional Progression: Candidates who are part-qualified ACCA, specifically those currently in the professional or final examination stages.
• Qualified Graduates: ACCA or CIMA graduates who can demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency and professional drive.
• Technical Specialists: Graduates with specialized knowledge in IT and Data Analytics (applicable specifically to the Data Analyst stream).

The Opportunity

This intake is designed to provide foundational mentorship and technical exposure within a fast-paced professional services environment. Successful candidates will be integrated into our core teams to support high-level financial reporting and auditing functions.

Note: These positions are strictly open to citizens who aspire to reach the pinnacle of the finance and analytics industry.
