Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Process and administer payments to suppliers, staff, and service providers.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare cash forecasts.
• Support fixed asset management, including verification, tagging, and disposals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely tax submissions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide financial analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support financial advisory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve financial queries.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent computer literacy and financial software proficiency.
• Customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
• Initiative and proactive problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
