Role Purpose: Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Accounts Officer will provide effective financial and administrative support to the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for processing and maintaining payments and payroll, managing purchase orders, invoices, receiving reports and payment requests, performing accounts receivable billing and reconciliations, as well as receipting, posting of receipts, and processing daily banking transactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting Studies
  • At least two (2) years’ relevant work experience
