Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data analytics and reporting strategies.
- Increase data accuracy through proper data collection and validation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and key metric tracking processes.
- Identify growth opportunities to boost app downloads and customer retention.
- Analyze market trends to improve positioning and decision-making.
- Represent Wanex by presenting insights at meetings and stakeholder reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Data Analytics or related field.
- Experience in Data Analytics, or related field.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Gaborone residency.
- Fluent in English and Setswana.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, innovative team player.
