- Book-keeping and accounting of subsidiaries books
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for relevant stakeholders
- Substantiates financial transactions by preparing documents for audits on monthly basis and co-ordinates the same with auditors
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
