If you are a Sous Chef or Head Chef looking for something a little different in your day-to-day this one is for you – An exciting role for highly creative senior chefs with this established international award winning luxury lodging group based in stunning Botswana!
On 3 month on & 1 month off rotation cycle – You role will initially entail relieving senior chefs across multiple 5* lodge camps across Botswana – Room for growth within this people focused company, we are looking for contributors not just a warm body!
Seasonal menu’s requiring constant development in line with global trends, innovative offerings from source to plate, personalities to interact closely with clientele & mentored junior staff – All set in some of the most beautiful settings on the continent!
What you will need:
A good mix of luxury hotels, lodges & restaurants – A conscientious group you will be knowledgeable on eco trends!
Tertiary qualifications required for visa applications
Bush, lodge, island experience a huge PLUS, but not essential
Full financial acumen
Single status with valid passport
Salary offered up to 22 000 Pula/ R29 300 CTC including 50% medical; 50% provident + visa
Plus lodging, meals & uniform
No incoming or outgoing flight allowance – Transfers will be organised at the closest town
