HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – Nutri Feeds Botswana

Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd – t/a Nutri Feeds Botswana require the services of an experienced HR Officer at their  Feed Mill in Pilane. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordination of all aspects of Human Resource Management of the Mill.

The successful candidate will be responsible for amongst others the following:
 Recruitment and selection
 Administration of employee benefits
 Managing HR records by ensuring accuracy of information
 Monthly payroll processing
 Manage the induction and exit process of the employees
 Managing collective Labour agreements
 Ensure labour peace and harmonious working relations in the company
 Managing discipline, grievances and labour disputes
 Managing training
 Periodic review of the employees structure and advice management

 Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE). Post School Qualification in Human Resource Management (Diploma in HR management) or equivalent qualifications
 Generalist Human Resources Management with five years’ experience
