Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that positions Stanbic Bank Gaborone Golf Club as a premier golfing, lifestyle, and corporate networking destination. The role drives membership growth, sponsorship revenue, and event visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an annual marketing and communications strategy.
• Drive membership growth and retention campaigns.
• Secure corporate sponsorships and manage partnerships.
• Promote tournaments, corporate golf days, and special events.
• Manage the club’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Analyse marketing data and produce performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in digital marketing and sponsorship acquisition.
• Experience in sports, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
