We are looking for the following construction supervision roles at our various mining projects sites.

1. Mining pit slope support supervisors

Suitable candidate should have:

• Experience supervising bench profiling, rockbolting and shotcreting works
• Supervision experience in mining industry
• Legal appointment experience under MQWM act
• Blasting license

2. Rock drilling & blasting supervisors

Suitable candidate should have:

• Experience supervising rock drilling & blasting works
• Supervision experience in mining industry
• Legal appointment experience under MQWM act
• Blasting license

3. Mine surface infrastructure supervisors

Suitable candidate should have:

• Experience supervising surface infrastructure works
• Supervision experience in mining industry
• Legal appointment experience under MQWM act

Key Responsibilities for the roles

• Ensure compliance to the operational SHE safety standards and policies
• Ensure adherence to the MQWM act
• Conduct and sign off pre task risk assessment of the entire teams during their shifts
• Facilitate all necessary pre task permits approvals
• Enforce zero tolerance to safety violations
• Emergency response coordinator
• Complete and submit daily statutory reports to the project manager
• Execute the shift works plan
• Manage works quality during the shift
• Manage interfaces between various project teams
• Oversee all crew on shift
• Address performance, conduct, or safety issues on shift
• Conduct shift change meetings to ensure seamless handover and takeover
