Forklift HUB (FLH) is seeking a technically strong, commercially driven Operations Manager to lead workshop, field services, and general daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
- Recognised Trade Certificate in Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanics
- 4-7 years’ experience in forklift or heavy equipment operations
- Proven workshop or field service team leadership
- Strong understanding of gross profit, cost control & productivity
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally entitled to work in Botswana
- High integrity and strong leadership standards
