Join our team and lead the operational excellence of our luxury safari experiences in the heart of Africa! We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of camp logistics, staff management, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations and logistics across multiple sites
- Manage and train camp staff, guides, and support teams
- Ensure highest standards, and resource, and vehicle fleet
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or safari operations management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills planning abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in remote locations and handle pressure
