Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all centre programmes
• Develop annual programme strategies and operational plans
• Oversee programme budgets and resource allocation
• Supervise programme staff and ensure performance targets are met
• Compile narrative and donor reports
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and community organisations
• Support fundraising initiatives and proposal development
• Ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in programme management or project leadership
• Strong monitoring and evaluation skills
• Excellent report writing and budgeting skills
• Experience working within NGOs or community-based organisations
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proposal writting
