- Building Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing HVAC, electrical systems, Plumbing and ensuring a safe and clean environment
- Budgeting and reporting: Managing maintenance budgets and maintaining records of expenses

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, property management or related field.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety regulations must be able to weld.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking, planning and problem solving must be able to read plans
