Job Title: QUALIFIED PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Role Purpose:
The primary aim of this role is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for preschool children. The teacher will support the developmental and educational needs of each child, fostering their growth and preparing them for future learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development in all children.
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s experiences & progress.
- Always ensure a safe and clean learning environment.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Experience: Teaching experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early years education.
- Demonstrates empathy and understanding towards children’s needs.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Shows initiative and reliability.
