Duties:
The Real Estate Supervisor oversees complex leasing actions for more than 35 properties in accordance with U.S. government regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of legal documents. The Real Estate Supervisor oversees the location, inspection, acquisition, assignment, and maintenance of residential properties for the embassy. They uphold high customer service standards in the section’s role as primary interface between tenants and multiple internal and external service providers, including landlords, contractors, and other sections within the embassy.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Education: Diploma in business administration, real estate, hospitality, travel management or similar is required.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Five years in real estate, property development, leasing or similar field is required. One year is required at a supervisory level.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of local housing market and industry contacts; awareness of host country rules, regulations, codes, and procedures; knowledge of real estate practices, leasing, and contracts
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and build productive relationships; excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging customers, contractors, and others with grace and tact; exceptional organizational skills; Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook; ability to negotiate leases; ability to solve problems proactively and propose solutions; and adaptability
Qualifications: Local prescriptive privileges must be acquired. All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
