Key Responsibilities

• Operating industrial sewing machines (straight, overlock, cover seam, etc.)
• Producing garments according to production targets and quality standards
• Following production instructions and quality specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic care of machines
• Working as part of a production line to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sewing machine operator in a factory environment
• Ability to work with different fabrics and garment types
• Knowledge of quality control standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Experience in uniforms, cooperate wear, or school wear
• Ability to operate more than one type of sewing machine
