TRAVELWISE would like to appoint a Key Account Manager for our offices in Fairgrounds Gaborone.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Develop, maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure 100% client retention and ensure supplier deals are implemented effectively. To facilitate Service Level Agreements, handle client and supplier negotiations and manage client travel policy.
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Arrange and facilitate client workshops
To be the link between Travelwise and the client
To negotiate corporate deals for clients and put in place Service Level Agreements
To uphold and sell Travelwise service offering and products
To be a brand ambassador for Travelwise and ensure smooth service to clients
To do client reviews and surveys
Client monthly and quarterly reporting – Travel Management reports, MIS reporting and Savings reporting
Ensure that clients compliments and complaints are logged and acknowledged
Support Travelwise vision and mission
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bcomm or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management
