●Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Strategy Management
●Exposure to being the key contact in an affiliate office for major advertising agency global networks
●Knowledge of local and global advertising and media trends
●Experience working with leading brands in financial services, mobile telecommunications and parastatals
●Analytical thinking and a passion for uncovering consumer insights that serve as the basis of creative communication
●Prior experience in managing client service, strategy and digital teams
●Excellent presentation and communication skills
●Must have a driver’s license
