– Reports to the Head of Treasury

-Responsible for generating non-interest income

-Responsible for new acquisition of increasing revenue

 

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for

– Increasing Forex Market share for the bank and manage utilization of cash, financial services and forex in alignment with bank objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Achieve revenue targets as set in the annual budget.

-Acquiring and onboarding new clients.

-Activating dormant and attrited clients.

-Active engagement and deepening of relationship with existing/potential customers -Follow up for new/renewal of deposits with large accounts.

-Ensure compliance with bank policies and standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the bank.

-Contribute towards increasing volumes by a certain percentage each year, maximizing the Treasury profits.

 

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

-A Degree in Business Administration/Finance

-At least 5 years post qualification experience in the Treasury function of the Bank. -ACI dealing certification and knowledge of financial markets, products & services

-Strong leadership and management skills -Must be highly analytical

-Experience in sales and marketing of treasury products

-Good decision-making skills good communication and negotiating skills.

-Good customer handling skills
