TECHNICAL MANAGER wanted at Bagpiper [Pty] Ltd

Bagpiper [Pty] Ltd is a manufacturer of 100% and 40% fruit juices, lemon juices, smoothies and both imitation and spirit vinegar We would like to invite suitably qualified, result orientated and self-driven individuals to apply for the position of TECHNICAL MANAGER.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and Operational work on Beverage Filling Machines, bottle labellers. Date Coding machines. Shrink Wrapping Equipment Pelletizers, and other product handling robotic gadgets like bottles casers, bottle washers, bottle inspecting units etc.
2. Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of high-speed packaging machinery.
3. Routine maintenance work on chain conveyors, gear sprockets, replacing gearboxes, replacing electric motor bearings etc
4. Responsible for maintenance of Battery Powered forklifts, battery care and replacements.
5. Perform basic robot calibration tasks such as robot zeroing, weld tests, tip dressing checks etc

Qualifications and Experience;

1. Certificate in Electrical Engineering required but not essential
2. Over 10 year experience in a beverage manufacturing industry is very essential
