1. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (X1) REF: SH/C-01/21

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be in charge of steering and directing overall day to day operations of the factory.
• Plan, organise and manage the provision of efficient manufacture of products
• Plan and ensure efficient re-upholstery and customisation of products according to client requests
• Establish operational policies and implement process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output
• Ensure strict quality control policies
• Direct and manage Operations, Finance, and Administration sections
• Design marketing materials and develop strategies to increase sales and product recognition
• Supervise pricing and inventory policies and functions to ensure competitive pricing and achievement of projected gross margin
• Generate regular reports (Finance and Operations)
• Ensure all company regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Achievement of timely delivery of products to clients
• Ensure timely budgeting and restocking
• Achieve cost effective and efficient manufacturing strategies
• Issues and complaints handling and resolution
• Effective utilisation of resources
• Production of regular (Monthly and annual) reports (Financial and Operations)
• Adherence to Tax Legislative requirements
• Ensure regular marketing of current and new products / service
