ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – Irvine’s

DESCRIPTION 

Irvine’s Botswana is seeking a Breeder Farm Administration assistant for its operations based at our Borolong Breeder Farm, located 20 kilometers out of Francistown.
KEY DUTIES
Managing and advising management on stock levels
Manages farm employee leave benefit by completing leave forms and tracking entitlements.
Updating Breeder Farm Leave files.
Document Control – compile, edit, record, file, and capture documents.
Recording all data into Ornithon software
Place orders in Acumatica ERP system and liaises with suppliers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 years’ experience in a clerical role
BGCSE
Computer (iterate (Microsoft package)
Good Numerical skills.
Good communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good planning skills.

This position will be suitable for people based in Francistown and they require their own vehicle to travel to work.
