ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies
• Ensures Daily banking
• Prepare regular reports like Reconciliations for petty cash and cash summary
• Organize a filing system for important documents and confidential company documents.
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• update office policies as needed
• Reports to the site manager
• Drivers License is an added advantage
