Key Performance Areas
• Achieve growth and reach sales targets by coordinating recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance management of sales executives;
• Design and implement technology solutions initiatives which will grow the company’s customer base and ensures its growth in technology solutions footprint;
• Manage an effective customer retention programme through Pipeline Management & Reporting;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through relationship management;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies;
• Manage key customers’ portfolios, and;
• Reporting.
Health and Safety
• Participating in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year, and;
• Participating in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing or relevant field;
• 5 years of Sales, Marketing or Related Experience;
• Good leadership and management skills;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Understand the fundamentals of project management and be able to formulate accurate proposals/tenders from start to finish;
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and;
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
