Overview of role
The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and, designing and coordinating all national marketing plans including the development and launching of offers, customer retention initiatives, external communication, customer loyalty programmes and relationship and trade marketing.

- Develop a market strategy for:
– Acquisition of profitable clients
– Development of usage
– Retention of the most profitable and high potential customers
– Introduction of new products, services and activities

- Design and coordinate all marketing projects, development and launch of offers, retention and improvement of customer relationship,
- Define and manage communication actions (launching of products and services, promotion of sales, etc.) according to the objectives,
- Define and pilot the loyalty program and development of usage,
- Work continuously with other departments including distribution and customer service to ensure overall consistency,
- Define needs (Budget, Human Resources, Process, Information System) for each project / project implementation,
- Monitor the results and impacts of actions undertaken,
- Identify and carry out the corrective actions.
Requirements, Education and Experience
- A busines related degree
- At least 10 years’ experience in a highly competitive mobile environment
