Key Responsibilities

• Assisting entire operation of the plant and machinery with full Adv technical support
• Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
• Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers and technical staff.
• Financial controls and costing discipline
• Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in safe operating manner.
• Co-ordination with sales & purchase depts for the effective output of the plant.
• Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure products meet specification and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved daily.
• Completes performance evaluations and counselling session timely
• Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet projects demands while optimizing resources utilization.

Requirements

• NTC 5
• NCC – Earthmoving equipment
• Deutz Diesel Engines
• Proven track record as a Plant Manager in the civil engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of electro technicality fitting and training
• The applicant must have at least 25 years’ experience in a Senior/Managerial Position
