Main purpose of the Job
Responsible for assisting the COO in designing and developing sales strategy and maximising revenue growth for Bayport through the development, facilitating the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales and service programmes and initiatives.

He/she must be able to identify process improvements in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics. He/she will develop, direct, and analyse programs and retention strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
Evaluating and predicting sales trends for the company in order to help the company optimize its promotional strategies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Stays abreast with current industry trends and utilise information to inform strategy and tactics.
- Obtains insights and best practices from external sources to feed into strategy.
- Analyses market research findings and identifies trends in the local market
- Works with available data to optimise customer/account targeting
- Leverages off the products that have the most demand within the consumer market
- Sets in place drivers that promote the right sales behaviours
- Collects data from sales reports for analysis.
- Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
- Closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Studies borrowing trends of consumer base and target demographic.
- Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data.
- Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Attends and participates in sales meetings where required.
- Assists in implementing (Ops) budget changes, and evaluates results.
- Draws up reports of improvements or lack thereof on company processes.
- Institutes actions and measures to ensure the overall improvement of deal application quality
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics and Mathematics
- Market research training
- 1 year financial services experience.
