Options is seeking to appoint a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR. Join our dynamic retail team and make an impact that resonates with customers and drives sales. We are looking for a Marketing Administrator, a visionary professional with a strategic mindset and an eye for compelling aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of nationwide marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns.
- Liaise with brand partners and suppliers to obtain campaign assets, product imagery, and approvals.
- Ensure that promotional materials including signage, posters, banners, and in-store displays are produced and delivered to all branches on time.
- Act as the central link between Head Office Marketing and store teams to ensure smooth communication and consistent execution of marketing activities.
- Gather feedback from stores on campaign performance, visual merchandising, and in-store needs.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
- Request, organise, and track delivery of image and branding assets from brand partners to support local campaign rollouts.
- Ensure that all in-store and online assets align with partner brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Maintain organised marketing records, including campaign schedules.
- Coordinate planning, permitting, production, and installation of billboard / outdoor media campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Marketing, Project Management, Business Management (advantageous).
- 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing administration, marketing coordinator, or similar support role.
- Experience coordinating nationwide or multi-branch campaigns (retail environment preferred).
- Exposure to production, print, signage, or OOH (Out of Home) advertising coordination is highly advantageous.
- Experience liaising with suppliers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
