The Receptionist / Service Adviser will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key link between customers and technicians. This role requires professionalism, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and manage bookings
  • Open job cards and prepare invoices
  • Provide service updates to clients
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management
  • Maintain workshop records and documentation
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Adviser or Receptionist
  • Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a workshop or dealership environment
