My client is a well established Micro Finance company, forming part of a diversified group with operations in several countries. Based In Gaborone, they are looking for a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.
A QUALIFIED CA with around 8 years commercial experience, a background in micro finance, banking or financial services is preferred.

The successful candidate will also have solid financial experience, including all aspects of financial reporting and management, financial disciplines, systems, controls, compliance, governance, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, technical accounting issues, treasury, taxation, IT and audit management.
Capable of working under pressure you must be an energetic self starter, hard working and a team player able to work well under pressure and have above average English communication skills.
Part of the function will also be motivating, managing, training and developing the finance team.
You will report directly to the CEO of the company and interact with other senior executives across the business offering exceptional exposure to every aspect of this exciting entrepreneurial environment.
A fully qualified and experienced CA with strong commercial acumen is essential.
