●5 years of PYP teaching experience required
●Leadership of CIS accreditation experience preferred
●Experience of a school self evaluation process
●Passionate commitment to the education and personal growth opportunities for all students
●To be acquainted with current trends and developments in education
●Minimum 5 years leadership experience in an institution of excellence
●Have the skills and EQ to market and represent the school professionally
●A vision, creativity and desire to operate, lead and serve
●Any additional professional development in school leadership would be an added advantage
●A strong sense of community,cultural awareness and sensitivity
Education Requirements
●A minimum academic qualification of Degree and a teaching qualification
