Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of multiple camps.
• Develop, implement, and maintain service standards across camps.
• Drive a guest-centric service culture.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure alignment between service delivery, training, and operational requirements.
• Oversee guest-facing elements including food & beverage, décor, and overall presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior high-end hospitality roles.
• Proven experience in a senior operational role across multiple properties or a portfolio of camps.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring service standards across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between camps.
• Experience within, and strong understanding of, luxury safari or conservation-based hospitality in complex environments advantageous.
• Exposure to international luxury hospitality environments, brands, and standards preferred.
