Natural Selection is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager – Service and Standards. This is a senior role responsible for the operational oversight of multiple remote safari camps, with a specialist focus on service standards and guest experience within the safari hospitality, conservation and eco-tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance of multiple camps.
- Develop, implement, and maintain service standards across camps.
- Drive a guest-centric service culture.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure alignment between service delivery, training, and operational requirements.
- Oversee guest-facing elements including food & beverage, décor, and overall presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior high-end hospitality roles.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role across multiple properties or a portfolio of camps.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring service standards across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between camps.
- Experience within, and strong understanding of, luxury safari or conservation-based hospitality in complex environments advantageous.
- Exposure to international luxury hospitality environments, brands, and standards preferred.
