We are seeking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Supervisor with a Paravet qualification to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in animal health with strong leadership and customer service skills, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding client support.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations and management of the shop.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to farmers and customers on poultry health and management.
- Act as a liaison between veterinary services and customers, ensuring accurate communication and problem resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and poultry health knowledge.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions and technical support provided.
- Responsible for regular cash and float audits.
Requirements
- Degree in animal science or diploma in animal health.
- Candidate registered with Botswana Veterinary Surgeons council as a veterinary para-professional/vet will be an added advantage.
- Paravet qualification (essential).
- Computer literacy and proficient in windows operating systems (Word, excel, outlook).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
