Organization Name: IRVINE’S. We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Responsible for processing sales transactions and dispatching goods in the shop and the dispatch area.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; further qualifications in business or communication are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in agriculture or food industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer management software.
