Key performance areas:
– Monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
– Carry out training and discipline
– Managing stock
– Resolve customers complaints
– Carry out cash ups, cash drops
Qualifications:
– Tertiary certificate or Diploma
– Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management / Operations added advantage
Work experience
-the successful candidate should have strong and extensive experience and knowledge of restaurant operations.
