• Applicable Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 5 years applicable experience in a senior position in plant bread and confectionery bakery/similar food factory
• Medically fit

• Manage the activities of employees working 6 days per week on shift basis
• Managing budgets and the business activities to achieve company profit objectives and operating standards
• Being actively involved in managing the selection and training of staff to improve their productivity and company service to customers
• Improving the efficient utilization of company assets
