Key technical requirements are:

1. Professional engineer or equivalent ERB registration
2. 20 years consulting engineering experience with proven leadership positions on two or more projects with cost greater than P40o million

3. Contract Management specialisation with a recognised qualification in arbitration.
4. Technical Specialisation in Airports.
