Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management: Oversee reception, reservations, guest services, and concierge operations.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Guest Experience: Maintain service excellence across accommodation, conferencing, and catering support.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise front office and housekeeping teams.
- Revenue Optimization: Maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective room allocation and upselling.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in rooms division management, with at least 3 years in an upmarket 4-star hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, guest relations, and operational management skills. Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and MS Office.
- Attributes: Service-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting.
