Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily FOH operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Train, coach and mentor the FOH team, embedding service standards and beverage knowledge.
  • Drive restaurant, bar and wine service excellence.
  • Ensure all advertised food and beverage offerings are available and presented correctly.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Conduct daily briefings and service observations.
  • Maintain GuestRevu/NPS focus and continuous improvement.
  • Manage rosters, performance, stock controls and departmental administration.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and GM to deliver a consistent dining experience.
  • Maintain health, safety and food hygiene compliance.
