Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Pre-Primary, Primary and High School.
- Lead academic excellence and curriculum development.
- Develop and inspire staff through effective leadership.
- Manage finances, resources and school operations.
- Promote positive relationships with parents and the community.
- Report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Governors.
Requirements
- a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. However, a Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in a senior role (independent school experience advantageous).
- Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum (multi-curriculum experience beneficial).
- Proven ability to lead academic excellence and school improvement.
- Strong organizational, financial and communication skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity and a commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- The ability to build positive relationships with staff, learners, parents and the community.
- A valid Police Clearance Certificate and evidence of suitability to work with children.
