Key Responsibilities
- Background in marketing, international business, business administration or related disciplines.
- Track record of signing at least three Chinese business contracts; strong knowledge of the Chinese business environment, partner commercial practices, and contract review and approval processes.
- Able to independently conduct commercial negotiations, due diligence, contract drafting and performance follow-up with Chinese counterparties.
- Maintain close coordination with China headquarters on market development, resource coordination and commercial risk control; able to adapt to long-term overseas assignments.
