SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the Regional Manager Direct Writers (Retail Department), the incumbents will be primarily responsible for provision of leadership, supervision, business development and resourcing the team

• Ensuring that new business targets are achmved;
• Recruitment and retention of Sales staff.
• Developing and managing Sales staff;
• Legal and policy compliance;
• Retention on policies.
• Production quality control
• Business Development.
• Customer Service.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 years sales management experience.
• Certificate of Proficiency (Long Term Insurance).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
