FIELD OFFICER

Minimum Requirements:

– Certificate in any business related field.
– Driver’s License
– At least 1 year proven field work experience with rural communities
– Age Limit: 20-35years

Salient Duties & Responsibilities

– Group Mobilization
– Savings Mobilization
– Loans Administration
– Arrears follow-up
– Credit Reporting
– Provision of basic business skills to clients

Critical attributes:

Must be fluent in Setswana and English

Ready to do field work

The above position is tenable in Gaborone Head Office
