- Grade 12
- Office proficiency
- Pastel experience a plus but not essential
- At least 5 years admin experience

Job Specification:
To control the reception/admin/warehouse/office in such a way that visitors, member of the public and telephone callers are attended to both speedily and courteously in a professional manner, o Receive deliveries and parcels despatched to responsible persons timeously and distribution of mail/faxes to relevant stakeholders.
o To provide administration and support functions to line management o Type documentation as needed to the required standard.
o To handle office porchasing/requisition/ordering of slationery/office/stock and consumables.
o To perform relevant additional tasks os directed by Line Management
o Complete and/or capture timesheets and conhol leove forms.
o Obey any reasonable and legal instruction issued.
o Enter relevant data into the systems provided i.e. Pastel excel etc.
o Motivating procurement items
o Preporing timesheets
o interface with debtors and creditors
o Do research and compile statistical and monthly reports
o Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database
o Convert the organization’s asset management and maintenance strategy into workplace activities o Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported
o Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency
o Complete and prepare weekly timesheets for relevant business units gor approval
o Weekly PPE & chemical stock control, stock and usage forecasting and other duties associated with ordering and receiving stock,
o Updating the training matrix weekly and reporting thereof
o Circulation and control of SOP to the relevant parties o Handling and preparing RFQ for sign off
o Notification tracking ond logging
