Position: Independent agent – Cleaning team – Country wide

Requirements:

Job brief:

• To manage the region w.r.t turn over and profit margins on a day to day basis
• To target and secure new annuity business within the operational area in order to achieve and exceed Sales Budget
• To target and secure up sell business within existing client base in order to achieve and exceed Sales Budget
• To service all designated clients sues
• To ensure performance which reaches and exceeds requirements agreed to in the Service level Agreement with the client Responsibilities include:

1. Target new sales opportunities and report on progress within required time frame
2. Survey new sites and prepare proposal/quotations for prospective clients
3. Follow up on all proposals made by staff to ensure conversion to sales
4. Service clients where applicable in a professional manner using standard operating procedures
5. Problem solving with the relevant Representative on site
6. Produce monthly reports, sales forecasts where required accurately and on time
7. Foster strong relationships with all key personnel within larger identified companies
8. Follow up on the procurement of purchase orders for each month’s service well In advance to allow for planning and completion of the service within the following month
9. Follow up in conjunction with Debtors Department the payment of services/chemicals/equipment rendered within the specified payment term

1. Audit sites on a regular basis to ensure quality of service and performance
2. Ensure all relevant health and safety procedures are complied with
